The service

The Closet Audit is a personal styling service: two private online sessions of approximately 30 minutes each, plus written summaries. We review the clothes you own and may suggest up to five purchases if useful. Recommendations are educational and subjective, and results vary.

Payment

The introductory price is $59 for both sessions together, charged once through Stripe in US dollars. No subscription is created and nothing recurs. Payment confirms your place; we then arrange the times with you by email.

Scheduling and cancellations

After payment we match you with a stylist and email you a link to choose your times, normally within one business day. We introduce the stylist by name and send their background before the first call. If we cannot arrange your sessions, any payment will be refunded in full. Please contact us at least 24 hours before a scheduled session if you need to move it. We will make reasonable efforts to reschedule a missed session.

Refunds

If the service is not right for you after the first session, contact us before the second session and we will refund the $59 paid for the package. No form is required.

Limits

Sessions take place over video, and you need a device with a camera and an internet connection. We do not sell clothes or receive commissions on suggested purchases. Styling advice is not medical, psychological or financial advice. You decide whether to buy, alter or discard anything.
