When you book a session, we collect your name and email address. We use them to arrange your sessions and communicate about the service. We do not sell your personal information.

Information we collect

Our form collects the name and email address you provide, the part of the page where you submitted the form, and the time of submission. When you pay, Stripe processes your payment and returns to us a confirmation, the amount, and the email address used for the receipt. Our hosting provider may process technical information, such as your IP address, to deliver and protect the site.

We never see or store your card number. Card details are entered on a payment form operated by Stripe and go directly to them.

How we use and store it

We store requests in our site database and use them only to follow up about The Closet Audit. Access is limited to people operating the service. You may ask us to correct or delete your request.

Service providers

We share what is needed with the companies that run parts of the service: Cloudflare hosts the site and stores form submissions; Stripe processes payments; Resend delivers our email; and a scheduling tool is used to book your session times. Each of them handles your data under its own terms and only for the purpose above.

Cookies and advertising

This site uses the Meta Pixel to measure the results of our advertising. It records page views and whether a purchase was completed, and may be used by Meta to show our ads to people with similar interests. Stripe also sets technical cookies needed to process a payment securely and prevent fraud.

You can limit ad personalisation in your Meta account settings, or block these scripts with your browser or an ad blocker. The site works either way.

How long we keep it

We keep booking and payment records while we provide the service and for as long as tax and accounting rules require. You may ask us to delete anything that is not part of those records.
